If you are not happy with the products you receive from Giving Greetings for any reason, please contact us and we will either replace or refund your purchase. Simply return your unwanted product in original condition within 30 days and we will credit you for the full cost of the merchandise (shipping and handling charges excluded).

Errors in personalization will be corrected to your satisfaction at no charge, or refunded. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns of personalized merchandise.
